Marek Olekszyk has been a member of the Law Society and working as a lawyer since 1998 (BAR since 2004). He expanded his professional experience working for public companies including Softbank S.A., Prokom Software S.A., Asseco Poland S.A., and ABC Data S.A. (among others). Through his involvement in creating and implementing corporate governance in commercial companies listed on the Polish Stock Exchange, he held an important role in building and restricting processes of renown capital groups. For the last 15 years he has been working as a Supervisory Board Member for big holdings and a corporate law advisor. Although his main areas of interest and expertise are Intellectual Property and IT legal aspects, he also effectively services litigations and supports companies subject to commercial law in their legal issues.
